Excellent location in a beatiful area of Valparaiso, lovely traditional building with very comfortable rooms
Staff were completely indifferent - the worst on our Chilean visit. The breakfast was poor for such an expensive hotel so it was not as luxurious and welcoming as it should have been for the cost. Very much trading on it´s building and setting.

The hotel looks nice since it is an old and well conserved building. It is located closely to good restaurants and has a nice view of the beach.The break-fast was good and tasty. The staff was polite.
The room was cold for me. I guess the were having problems with the heater.

Beautiful historic building with amazing views of the ocean and a comfortable location on a hilltop. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and cleanliness was impeccable.

Central location with beautiful views over the bay of Valparaiso. Ideal for exploring the "Cerros" of the old city. Nicely decorated traditional house, friendly and service oriented staff.
Very "mean" with towels, toilet paper and soap given the room rate. . One tiny piece of soap and one hand towell for double occupancy are not really what one would expect. Rather basic room decoration e.g. no writing table or desk. Can hardly believe we stayed in a King Suite. Few facilities, apart for room and restaurant.

Views over the bay were delightful, the room was elegant and bright. It had absolutely incredible location short walk from Casona Mirador de Lukas.
